This Friday, October 2nd, is the First Friday of the Month. The 10am Mass on the day will be offered for all who are recently deceased and those whose names are on the Parish Altar list of the Dead.

At both of today’s Masses, one of our Parish Safeguarding Representatives will be making a presentation on our parish’s safeguarding practises.
Copies of Archbishop Martin’s letter for this Diocesan Safeguarding Day are on our parish notice boards and website.
Copies of our Child Safeguarding Policy Statement are on display in the Church porches and in the Parish Pastoral Centre.

Due to Level 3 restrictions there will be no public Mass in Milltown church until further notice.
Daily on line Mass is at 10am and also at 11.30am on Sundays.
All Masses are livestreamed via this website
The church is open for private prayer on Monday – Saturday from 10.45 to 5.30pm and on Sunday from 12,30pm to 5.30pm.

Today the Legion of Mary will have their Annual Pilgrimage to Our Lady’s Shrine at Knock. This pilgrimage can be viewed on the Knock Shrine website: www.knockshrine.ie and on their Facebook page www.facebook.com/knockshrine/. The pilgrimage will commence with the rosary at 2.30pm followed by Mass at 3pm.

COVID-19 Support Line for Older People
ALONE manage a national support line and additional supports for older people who have concerns or are facing difficulties relating to the outbreak of COVID-19 (Coronavirus). Professional staff are available to answer queries and give advice and reassurance where necessary. The support line is open seven days a week, 8am – 8pm, by calling 0818 222 024.

PARISH FLOWER GROUP
We are currently looking for new members to join this group. There is a 6-month volunteer rota. This means that each volunteer arranges the flowers for 2 weeks in every 6 months. If you are interested in joining this group, please call Muriel at 086 8320278. No experience is necessary.
