However, there are public health restrictions involved and compliance with these means that if we are to reopen for public Masses we need volunteers

Volunteers are urgently required for stewarding and sanitising the church after each Mass.

Please contact Fr. Peter Briscoe (2196600) or call the Parish Office (2196740 /2680041) if you are available to help

In the event of difficulty in accessing Confession making an act of perfect contrition with the desire to receive the sacrament is sufficient for the forgiveness of all sins.

Prayer for Spiritual Communion

My Jesus, I believe that you are present in the most Blessed Sacrament.

I love You above all things and I desire to receive You into my soul.

Since I cannot now receive You sacramentally,

Come to me Lord, come at least spiritually into my heart,

and unite my soul completely to You.

Never let me be separated from You.

Amen.

This new book by internationally-acclaimed Irish theologian Dermot A. Lane will be launched on this Monday, evening, June 22nd at 7pm.

Now, internationally-acclaimed Irish theologian Dermot Lane has published a new book that builds bridges between theology and ecology, born of the conviction that climate change is the major challenge facing humanity today.

Kieran J O’Mahony OSA will be a  special guest at the event.
